How is Lyric fitted?

Lyric is fitted by a trained hearing professional who positions it deep inside the ear canal, close to the eardrum, and programs it to your hearing needs.

How does the Lyric subscription work?

Lyric is supplied on a subscription basis. Your subscription covers replacement devices throughout the subscription period, with each Lyric typically worn for months at a time before it needs replacing. We can explain the replacement schedule and what is included in your plan.

Does Lyric need charging?

No. Lyric uses a long-life internal battery, so there is no nightly charging routine.

How long does Lyric stay in?

Lyric can remain in place for months at a time. The exact lifespan of each device varies from person to person.

Can I sleep and shower with Lyric?

Yes. Lyric is designed for continuous wear, including while sleeping and showering.

It is water-resistant, not waterproof, so it should not be fully submerged for swimming or diving.

Is Lyric really invisible?

Yes. Lyric sits deep inside the ear canal and can’t be seen by others.
